Description:

TEKsystems, part of the Allegis Group, is actively hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support data-driven projects across diverse banking and financial services engagements. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open across PAN India, ideally suited for professionals with strong data analysis and technical business analysis experience.

In this role, you will work on requirement gathering, regulatory reporting, and gap analysis while leveraging your expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing. The position demands collaboration with stakeholders, interpretation of complex data, and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights. Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments is essential, along with strong communication skills.

Candidates from a banking background who are comfortable reading SQL and Teradata code will have an added advantage. The role also requires familiarity with any programming language and PowerApps, supporting automation and efficient data handling.

Immediate joiners are preferred to support ongoing project demands and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric projects

• Ability to gather and document requirements effectively
• Background in banking and financial services preferred
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of any programming language is a plus
